We've started to look into the cause of the outage, and have discovered issues with the internal DNS servers pointing to VLL infrastructure.
DNS records have been corrected. We're not sure how long before this issue was going on for before it was reported as the DNS records may have been cached.
We have since implemented DNS monitoring so we find out as soon as any future DNS issues arrise.
A member of staff has reported that all Auxilium and VLL web services were unreachable due to a DNS issue. Unfortunately, we won't be able to look into the issue for another few hours.
